Features for our Rubber Banbury Mixer:
1).Rubber& plastic and other additives in a sealed pressurized and temperature controlled conditions, for rubber mixing or plastic mixing, with high efficiency, materials uniformly dispersed, high quality and no environment pollution. It is very easy to change batch materials, color, and clean.
2). Rotor shaft, and pressure lid and other parts are jacket structure. If the temperature is too high for materials, put through the cooling water for cooling. With electric heater at the bottom of mixing chamber to meet the technological requirements of plastic mixing. The materials processed feature good and stable quality.
3). Spiral angle and working length of the rotor convex edge are designed perfectly reasonable, to achieve the best materials dispersion effect. The rotor edge wing is wear-resistance hard cast alloy welded. All mixing chamber, rotor, and pressure lid that directly contact with the materials by polished after the hard chromium plating, wear-resistant and anti-corrosion.
4). Rear feeding(front feeding also available for option), mixing room turn forward 140 ° discharge, it not only can facilitate the production process from top to bottom process connection, but also facilitate the observation and cleaning of mixing chamber and the rotors.
5).The junction place between upper side of mixing chamber and rack cantilever, using curved plate labyrinth pressure seal structure and effective dust seal. Embedded tungsten cobalt titanium alloy movable coil at the rotor end is contacting with the copper filled PTFE seal ring
with the external compression seal structure without lubrication and wear, realizing perfect seal effect.
6).Tilt structure adopts hydraulic tilt discharge, or meachanical double enveloping worm shaft tilt unload,featuring high carrying capacity, and can discharge without stopping, eliminating the frequent motor starting, prolonging its life.
7). Electric control system adopts PLC device, with complete and reliable control and monitoring, alarm functions and the necessary chain of protection. 8).The machine is durable, low failure rate, easy installation, operation and maintenance, also electricity saving.
