Product Description

Application:

It is used for rubber plasticizing,stock mixing.

Structure features:

All of inside wall , discharge door, ram are of drill hole cooling, and rotor is of hollow spray cooling.

Contacting faces with stock such as mixing chambers inside wall, discharge door, ram are received hardening treatment.

Rotor bearing is of rolling bearing.

Axial seal of rotor is adopted with hydraulic seal, and with adjustable seal ratio.

Operating of the discharge door is driven by the double-rack tilting hydraulic cylinder and with plate-inserted or crank locking.

The transmission system may adopt a dual-output hardened-gear speed reducer, and used with gear coupling (joint) or the cross universal coupling drive, the transmission system is structured with stationary state, low noise, high efficiency and long-service life.
