preparation equipment,with high rubber applicability ,can squeeze out rubber blank with kinds of ring shape,
rectangular,strip,or other shapes. It is particularly suitable to produce rubber seal,inflating valve,cork&bottle
stopper,oil seal,shoe sole,shock absorber for automobile,etc. Rubber Precision Preforming Machine also called
Barwell abroad ,it compose of functions of vacuum,filtering,extrusion,cutting,weighting,counting,etc.
Adopt PLC control and touch screen operation.Color display guide you to easily perform data entry, password protection.
It can store 1000 kinds of products data,which can be used any time.
Variable frequency motor control the cutter speed infinitely.
Electronic scale with closed feedback,to control weight of rubber blank.
Reliable security,the movements of head ,cutter and plunger piston are interlocking.
Failure will be shown by icon and text.
Vacuum system: before extruding and cutting, using vacuum system to remove the air and gas in barrel, head, inside the compound mixture, thereby enhancing the quality of products under the curing process.
Heating System: The water cycle heating mode, temperature control by a digital thermostat and display. Ensure nose, barrel temperature constant.
Single cylinder design ,barrel is lengthened,improving mechanical stability,easier to clean.
Structure introduction:
Rubber Preforming machine is mainly composed of a ram extruding devices and rubber cutter device installed in the machine head,besides, equipped with hydraulic system, vacuum system, heating system, pneumatic and electrical systems.Before work,open the head,feed the preheated rubber rolls into the barrel,close the head,set extrusion speed, cutting speed and desired rubber bland weight,by the computer closed loop feedback, will get rubber blank with high weight precision.
Extrusion device: Composed of barrel,head,hydraulic cylinder,etc.
Hydraulic device: use high pressure gear pumps, flow valves imported from Japan ,YUKEN brand , hydraulic oil of hydraulic cylinder is controlled by flow valve.The pressure difference before and after the throttle valve is controlled by the pressure difference valve at a constant value, ensure accurate extrusion of rubber blank weight.
Pneumatic device: used for control movements of head open and close.
Vacuum system: Before rubber extrusion,start the vacuum to release air stored in the barrel ,head and rubber material.
Heating System: The water cycle heating mode, temperature control by a digital thermostat and display. Ensure head, barrel temperature constant.
Cutting device: composed of the frame, motor, reduction system. The conveying device is installed under the machine frame.

----Safety Sensor (1 Acrylic Protective Cover), while piston is detaching from barrel for cleaning, opening the Cover, preventing the misoperation of other workers to cause the piston to advance. Note: When the protective cover is opened, the oil pump and the piston will stop working.
---The barrel and the piston are connected by a detachable method to facilitate the cleaning of the interior of the barrel.
--Plate heat exchanger uses Sino-German joint venture Lehman with cooling effect 3-5 times than conventional oil cooler. (Cooling hydraulic oil, under 24 hours working, oil temperature does not exceed 55-60 °C, increase hydraulic oil viscosity, improve the service life of seals, hydraulic valves and oil pump,to prevent oil leakage phenomenon).
