Rubber Precision preformer is a high efficiency and high precision rubber blanks preparation equipment. Application in wide field of rubber industry can squeeze all kinds of middle and high hardness of rubber ring, the complex three-dimensional shape of rubber product. And the precision of rubber blank volume is high, less gas. Suitable for production of rubber parts, seals, valve, cork, tennis.
Rubber Precision pre-forming machine mainly compose of a plunger extrusion equipment and a set of rubber blanks in the machine head cutting device and, in addition with a hydraulic system, vacuum system, heating systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems. Pre-work precision machine, open the nose or the lid , feed the preheated rubber materials through the front barrel mount or charging inlet, and then close the head (lid), set extrusion speed and Cutting speed (supplied volume control chart), vacuum, cutting, accurate weight of rubber parts can be obtained.
Introduction of rubber precision preformer:
1: The main hydraulic cylinder of the extrusion device adopts the single-cylinder work mode and the high-low pressure pump operation mode.For the initial extrusion, the forward advancement is rapid. While for the extrusion and filtering, the plunger slowly advance, and when need to feed material, it will return quickly backward. High working stability, easy maintenance, oil seal we use is Japanese NOK brand high-pressure oil seal.
2.Head open/close is pneumatic drive, for safety purpose, operator has to press buttons by two hands when closing the machine head.
3. The barrel and the cylinder are connected by our special structure to facilitate the cleaning of the interior of the cylinder.
4. The plate heat exchanger adopts Lehman brand,with perfect cooling effect.
5. The plunger head adopts a new design to prevent the plunger head from rubberleaking or breaking the screw because it moves back and forth frequently.
6. Adopt Japanese brand Pro-face touch screen and Omron PLC (GP1H-XA40DR) series control
7. Faulty graphic display function is available when equipment malfunctions happen.
8. Hydraulic system has high pressure protection function.
9. Data storage and calling function (more than 1000 kinds of storage)are available.
10. Reference data calling function for new trial production is availabale.
11. System pressure and cylinder pressure adopts touch screen digital display.
12. Equipped with 300g (accuracy: 0.01g) electronic balance .

14. Working pressure setting has automatic memory storage function.

19. Conveyor, safety net cover (external warning spray RAL1037) and electronic scale bracket are made of stainless steel
20. Cutting blade drive adopts synchronous belt, featuring lower noise, higher precision,better stability,longer lifer service compared with the traditional chain drive, max. blade speed can be up to 400RPM, while the chain drive type max. speed is 320 RPM.
21. AC contactors, relays and air switch adopt Schneider prodcut.
22. Flow valve adopts Rexroth and oil pump adopts Voith products from Germany.
23. The hydraulic hoses adopt American Eaton brand product.
24. Dies disassembly is completed in the front of the machine head, no need to open the head.
25. The new design of the dies assembly ensures the consistency of the rubber blank.
26. Forward/backward stainless steel conveyor, separating unqualified rubber blanks at the initial stage
27. The oil pump suction port is installed with the TF series self-sealing suction filter and is equipped with a pinger, and the oil return is installed with the direct return oil filter.

--Plate heat exchanger uses Sino-German joint venture Lehman with cooling effect 3-5 times than conventional oil cooler. (Cooling hydraulic oil, under 24 hours working, oil temperature does not exceed 55-60 °C, increase hydraulic oil viscosity, improve the service life of seals, hydraulic valves and oil pump,to prevent oil leakage phenomenon).
