Product Description

1. The slicing machine is applied to splitting the foam sheets of EVA/PE/EPDM/SBR, etc. at a high speed and precision

2. Band knife holder plate is spray welded with tungsten steel, featuring abrasion resistant, no deformation, long service life.

3. The slicing thickness is set by the digital switch, convenient operation and high precision. The main components, like motor, gear box, drive bearing, electric elements are all top brand in China with reliable and durable performance, making sure the machine with longer service life.

4. The adjustment of the wheel’s ascending and descending is automatic.

5. The speed is controlled by variable-frequency dive (inverter).

6. Front of the slicing machine is equipped with feed-assistance lifter. And the back of the machine are equipped with a conveyor to collect the rest not-finished foam sheet, and with a winder to reel up the finished product, both the Conveyor and Winder are with inverter for speed control to match simultaneously with the cutting speed of the main machine.
